Annealing Marking (colour)

This special type of laser marking is called annealing. Here the color conversion is obtained through the thermal action of a laser. This process relies on the fact that certain metals change color when heated. Many people are familiar with this effect as seen in the bluing of steel; in this case different temperature-dependent stages are evident in the chromed exhaust pipes of motorcycles.
