Best results through agitating, vibrating, turning and a dash of knowledge
Even the best barrel-finishing machines are no use if the wrong abrasives are chosen, or if the abrasives are already worn. It is important that all areas of the work pieces can be reached and that the abrasives' weight, size and material are suitable. We address this issue for every part, so that we can guarantee the usual flawless implementation.
Deburring by hand – not everything can be done by machines
We are also happy to be able to show our high-tech machines how it's done now and then. When deburring, it is essential that our staff work thoroughly. Parts are often already directly deburred by hand after CNC processing. Perhaps this is why the term "Werder Finish" has caught on amongst our customers?
